I started this journey of the capstone with one goal what can I do for the people  that have lived through some of the worst thing a human will ever have to see or experience I started out with a book about a lone survivor of his squad and then went to a study about PTSD and effects on the mind that was over five hundred pages that lead to a dead end that I wasted over six weeks of my life that I will never get back. My next step was to look through story of people of people that lived through their life or a loved ones going through PTSD this gave me a even more personal way of looking at the PTSD. The next move was looking for national help for the people that have served in any military. The next move was looking at a more local level of just the support in Wisconsin. So the question I will leave you is the cost of war worth it for the individual. I will also ask some more questions what can you do to help the veterans. Who you want help if you have PTSD.
